PROGRAM PRESENTATION
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is an executive doctoral program designed specifically for experienced professionals aiming to enhance their leadership and research skills. Following the international standards set by the EDBA Council, CEIBA’s DBA program emphasizes the “engaged scholarship” approach, which bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world business challenges.
In collaboration with Pan-European University, CEIBA Business School delivers a cutting-edge DBA program that fosters a collaborative and participatory learning environment. This unique platform empowers participants to create meaningful value by engaging diverse stakeholders in research that generates practical contributions to their organizations, industries, and society at large.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Admission to the DBA program is a two-step process that begins with the submission of the following documents:
- A completed application form
- Proof of at least 5 years of management experience
- A copy of the applicant’s Master’s degree
- A valid passport or ID copy
After reviewing the application, selected candidates will be invited to an admission interview to assess their motivation and evaluate how the DBA aligns with their career goals.
